How does an established coffee franchise stand out amongst trendy independents?

We positioned the Dutch brand, Coffee Company, as the experts in coffee by creating a Research + Development initiative housed at their new concept store in East Amsterdam. With a focus on the Aeropress Filter, the store contains Coffee Company's first on-site roastery and tasting room, where customers can learn about the coffee they drink.

To relaunch the brand, I penned a new manifesto and developed the tone of voice for the platform.
